    China Resources Snow Breweries is building a craft beer production base in Shenzhen headquarters with an annual capacity of 100,000 kiloliters. Zhongchen Light Machinery is assisting in the construction of three high-end intelligent packaging production lines, including a canning line, glass bottle production line, and flexible production line, specifically designed for the production of high-end craft beers under the China Resources Snow brand. The project aims to set a new benchmark for China's beer consumption model. The project has now entered the full installation and construction phase, incorporating and integrating numerous world-leading technologies. Once completed, it will become a state-of-the-art craft beer center.
    On December 5, the Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2024 third batch of major technological equipment for the first set in Anhui Province. After the company’s application, review and recommendation by the municipal industry and information authorities, expert review and on-site verification by a third-party evaluation agency, and public announcement, Zhongchen Light Machinery's "YLGD136A Flow Meter Canning Filling Machine" was successfully included in the list.
    Zhongchen Light Machinery's independently developed control software for the sterile cold filling system, high-speed can filling and sealing machine system, blow-molding servo stretching filling and capping machine system, SXP750 intelligent self-cleaning bottle washing machine system, and PET large barrel servo long-tube filling system have successfully passed the National Copyright Administration's review and obtained computer software copyright registration certificates. The company has made significant progress in intellectual property protection, adding 30 new patents, including 14 invention patents. As of now, the company holds nearly 200 valid patents, has participated in the formulation of 10 national standards, 20 industry standards, and 2 group standards.

    Since the beginning of the year, the senior delegation from ABI, accompanied by colleagues from the Asia-Pacific region, has visited Zhongchen Light Machinery multiple times to deepen mutual understanding and sign a global strategic cooperation agreement. On November 12, the launch ceremony for the strategic alliance between Budweiser's equipment suppliers—Zhongchen Light Machinery & Budweiser Xinxiang VPO—was grandly held at Zhongchen Light Machinery in Hefei. Wang Xin, Secretary-General of the China Light Industry Machinery Association, attended the meeting. Cheng Yanjun, Chief Supply Chain and Logistics Officer of Budweiser Asia-Pacific, delivered a speech via video link.     Zhongchen Light Machinery has partnered with Yanjing Lichuan to create the first domestic flexible five-in-one beer and beverage filling system. The system consists of multiple modular units and is capable of handling various bottle types and sealing forms. It uses flow meter volumetric filling technology to fill beer and can quickly switch between 21 different bottle types, such as glass and tinplate bottles, and 6 types of caps. With a production capacity of over 24,000 bottles per hour, this system meets the diverse packaging needs of the beer industry, enhances the company's competitiveness, and addresses customer challenges related to equipment and space. This collaboration further propels Zhongchen Light Machinery toward its vision in the global food packaging industry.

He Sheng, General Manager of Zhongchen Light Machinery, was invited to deliver a captivating speech on the theme of "Digital Empowerment of Liquid Food Equipment for Intelligent and Green Development."     Zhongchen Light Machinery made a strong appearance at the 2024 China International Alcohol, Beverage Manufacturing Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CBB 2024) with three key products on display. The company showcased its high-end equipment manufacturing, which continues to innovate and upgrade, reflecting Zhongchen Light Machinery’s brand strength. The product lineup, including the PET dry sterilization blow-fill-capping machine, 90,000 cans per hour can filling and capping machine, and glass bottle pure draft beer filling and capping machine, along with innovative solutions, attracted considerable attention from both domestic and international industry professionals, as well as new and long-time customers.

    On September 6–7, the 8th Labor and Skills Competition of the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, featuring a welding skills competition, was grandly held at Zhongchen Light Machinery.     On September 12, Zhang Dejin, Vice Chairman of the Economic Committee of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and former Chairman of Anhui Forklift Group, along with his team, visited Zhongchen Light Machinery to conduct research on its digital transformation efforts. Over the past 20 years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has implemented and organically integrated 11 information systems, including ERP, MES, and WMS. In line with the group's "Independent and Controllable Special Work Plan," the company is focusing on the domestic substitution of information systems. In 2024, the company will prioritize the ERP, PLM, and BI integration and localization project.     The documentary series Extraordinary Craftsmen will premiere on the Central New Film Studio's Old Stories Channel on June 16, 2024, with the episode titled "Light Machinery Rebirth." This documentary, set against the backdrop of Hefei Light Machinery's restructuring, traces the remarkable transformation of Zhongchen Light Machinery over its 20-plus years of development. It offers a panoramic review of the company’s shining journey, serving as an epic record of Zhongchen Light Machinery's (struggles) and glorious years.
    The Party Secretary of Hefei Light Machinery Residential Community and over 100 retired party members visited Zhongchen Light Machinery for a work tour and guidance. The elderly leaders and party members toured the digitalized workshop, the new product workshop, and the joint laboratory, deeply experiencing the real-time progress of Zhongchen Light Machinery’s high-quality development. They reflected on the hard work and fruitful achievements of the past, marveled at the current state of development, and felt the tremendous changes in Zhongchen’s youth. Their confidence and expectations were strengthened as they looked forward to the bright future of Zhongchen Light Machinery’s high-quality growth.
    On June 18, the new PET soft drink production line at Hefei Swire Coca-Cola's Jinxiutong Factory was officially launched, with Zhongchen Light Machinery serving as the main supplier and invited to attend the opening ceremony. This advanced high-speed line is capable of producing 54,000 bottles per hour of 500 ml carbonated beverages and other NAP products. Zhongchen Light Machinery completed the installation and commissioning in just 28 days, achieving a line efficiency of 91.2% within one week, setting a new record for similar projects at Swire Coca-Cola. The project received high recognition from the client, and both parties look forward to expanding further cooperation. It is reported that the production line has successfully passed acceptance with an efficiency rate of 98%.

    Zhongchen Light Machinery successfully passed the external re-certification audit conducted by China Quality Certification Center (CQC) for the ISO 9001:2005 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The expert team fully recognized the effectiveness of the company’s three management systems, affirming that the measures taken by Zhongchen Light Machinery for system maintenance and operation meet the requirements of the QES system, function well, and are effective. The audit was approved, confirming the company’s commitment to quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.

    On April 9, Coca-Cola headquarters led a delegation of leaders from multiple bottling plants around the world to visit Hefei, where they had an in-depth exchange with Zhongchen Light Machinery regarding the company’s supply capabilities, technological innovation, manufacturing, quality assurance, after-sales service, and past cooperative projects. The delegation highly praised Zhongchen Light Machinery. Since signing the MTC Global Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Coca-Cola headquarters, the company has expanded cooperation with bottling plants worldwide, providing multiple lines including 36,000–48,000 bottles per hour PET lines, 48,000 bottles per hour glass bottle lines, and 36,000–90,000 cans per hour canning lines. One of the key applications involved CCH, one of the world’s largest bottlers, who, after reviewing Chinese suppliers, awarded Zhongchen Light Machinery the order for a 48,000 bottles per hour recycled glass bottle packaging line, marking the beginning of strategic cooperation.
    On April 15, the Party Committee of Zhongchen Light Machinery held a special meeting to discuss the implementation of party discipline education. The meeting focused on thoroughly studying the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on party discipline education, and implementing the requirements of the documents “Notice from the General Office of the CPC Central Committee on Conducting Party Discipline Education Across the Party” and “The Party Committee of China United Equipment Research and Deployment of Party Discipline Education Work.” The company officially launched its party discipline education work.     Zhongchen Light Machinery has once again strengthened its collaboration with Zhujiang Beer by supplying core equipment for a 40,000 bottles per hour glass bottle pure draft beer line. This equipment is compatible with both crown caps and pull tabs, features a main unit with a cleaning system, and adopts a modular design for changeover parts. As the first company in China to promote pure draft technology, Zhujiang Beer has very high standards for the filling process. After thorough discussions, Zhujiang Beer awarded Zhongchen Light Machinery the order for this project.

    At the beginning of the New Year, Qingdao Beer awarded Zhongchen Light Machinery the 60,000 cans per hour canning machine project. In recent years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has become a leading supplier of core canning lines in China, dominating the market share. In 2024, the company provided nearly 30 canning lines for domestic and international markets, including nearly 10 high-speed lines ranging from 72,000 to 90,000 cans per hour, sold to customers such as Qiandao Lake Beer, Heineken, Coca-Cola, and Budweiser.     The grand launch of Zhongchen Light Machinery's ERP&PLM&BI domestication integration project marks the beginning of Zhongchen Light Machinery's digital transformation, accelerating the advancement of smart Zhongchen Light Machinery, green Zhongchen Light Machinery, and lean Zhongchen Light Machinery.
    Based on 20 years of information and digitalization accumulation, Zhongchen Light Machinery's digital transformation has become a model for many discrete light industrial manufacturing enterprises. On October 28, 2023, the "Three Enabling" inspection team from the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Digitalization Transformation Conference visited Zhongchen Light Machinery for inspection and research.     The large-capacity PET bottle production line of Zhongchen Light Machinery was successfully delivered to Coca-Cola, producing a variety of large-capacity products, including 7L water under the Coca-Cola brand. With the trend of consumption upgrading, Zhongchen Light Machinery has always been committed to large-capacity PET water line technology and provided advanced and reliable 5L, 7L, 10L, 12L, and 19L large bottle and bucket water lines for Coca-Cola and other users this year.
    Three products developed and manufactured by Zhongchen Light Machinery, including the PET bottle blowing, filling, and capping machine, were awarded the title of "New Products in Anhui Province". In December, Zhongchen Light Machinery's SXP750 intelligent self-cleaning washing machine was identified as "the fourth batch of 2023 Anhui Province's first set of major technological equipment". In 2023, Zhongchen Light Machinery obtained 12 authorized invention patents and 21 utility model patents; and participated in the formulation and revision of three industry standards. In recent years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has been committed to providing high-quality craft beer filling and packaging production line solutions for craft beer industry customers and has become a core high-end supplier of craft beer equipment in China. This year, Zhongchen Light Machinery has once again deepened its cooperation with Snow Brewery China and helped build 3 high-end intelligent packaging production lines for its headquarters base craft beer project, including an aluminum can production line, a glass bottle production line, and a flexible production line, used to produce Snow Brewery China's high-end craft beer, aiming to create a new benchmark for China's beer consumption model.
    The China Food and Packaging Machinery Industry Association Sterilization Processing Technology and Intelligent Equipment Professional Committee was established, and Zhongchen Light Machinery was elected as the vice president unit of the Sterilization Processing Technology and Intelligent Equipment Professional Committee.     At the 11th China International Beverage Industry Technology Exhibition (CBST2023) held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, Zhongchen Light Machinery showcased a 72000-90000 cans/hour super-high-speed aluminum can filling and sealing machine. This model has a filling mixture temperature of up to 20°C, high level of electronic application, strong flexibility and applicability, and is suitable for cold and hot dual filling of beer, beverages and other products, representing another major scientific and technological progress in the Chinese liquid food light industrial machinery equipment industry. This year, Zhongchen Light Machinery has delivered multiple 36000-90000 bottles/hour high-speed aluminum can production lines to customers such as Jianlibao, PepsiCo, Wanglaoji, Quchengshi and Pearl River Brewery.
