Zhongchen Light Machinery's 2021 "Safety Production Month" Series of Events - Crane Operations Training and Safety Pledge

     "Implement safety responsibilities, promote safe development." Zhongchen Light Machinery, under the guidance of China United Equipment, launched the 20th National Safety Month on June 1st. After holding the launch meeting of the Safety Month activity, theoretical training on forklift operation, and fire safety training, Zhongchen Light Machinery's Safety and Environmental Protection Department, together with the Production Department, held a 2021 Crane Operations Training and Safety Pledge Oath Ceremony in the Structure Workshop on June 18th. The event was hosted by Production Director Gao Yibing and attended by Deputy General Manager and Operations Director Dai Zeyu. The heads of each workshop, planners, team leaders, frontline production staff, and specialized operators participated in the event, totaling 70 people.


 
      Gao Yibing pointed out that the company's safety production situation was stable and good in the first half of the year, with strong safety awareness among employees and continuous improvement in safety operating skills. Safety production is everyone's responsibility, with a heavy duty and a glorious mission. In the front-line production work, we should do thorough and meticulous preparation work and start from ourselves, paying close attention to safety at all times; stick to our posts and remember our safety responsibilities; abide by regulations and adhere to the safety bottom line; cherish life and never cross the red line, and say no to three violations to be safe people of Zhongchen! We must firmly establish the concept of "life comes first, safety first".


 
      Subsequently, Yu Xingyun, the assistant production minister in charge of equipment at the company, led equipment managers in hands-on training on cranes, and analyzed and corrected the common violations that may occur during lifting operations.

     

    Under the leadership of Gao Yibing, all trainees raised their right hands and solemnly pledged to uphold safety, echoing a loud and unified declaration of their determination and confidence in securing safe production.

    After the swearing-in ceremony, everyone lined up in turn to sign their names on the solemn pledge board for the safety commitment theme, allowing the safety theme to constantly remind themselves of their responsibility and commitment to safe production.
    After this special training activity, the employees' safety concept and awareness have been further improved; the activity has created a thick production atmosphere of "talking about safety and wanting safety" among employees, laying a solid safety foundation for the company's further leapfrog development!
